چکیده :

طراحی شهری در دهه اخیر بر پارادایم های اکولوژیک و محیط زیستی استوار شده است؛ بگونه ای که طرح و ساماندهی سکونتگاه های بشری بدون توجه به مسایل محیط زیستی و موازنه اکولوژیک امری ناقص شمرده می شود. اما مسئله مهم در این میان نقش اندام های طبیعی به طور خاص آب کنار ها در فضاهای شهری و چگونگی طراحی شهری اکولوژیکی و تبیین ابعاد مختلف آن از سوی حرفه مندان است. در این نوشتار سعی شده تا لایه ها و معیارهای موثر در طراحی شهری اکولوژیکی در بستر آب کنارهای شهری، تبیین و اولویت هر یک از لایه ها و معیارها نسبت به نمونه مورد مطالعه از دیدگاه کارشناسان و متخصصین مرتبط با موضوع، مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. روش تحقیق از نوع «توصیفی- تطبیقی» مبتنی بر مطالعه اسناد نظریه های موجود و مقایسه نظریات مختلف در حوزه مربوطه توام با مشاهده و پیمایش میدانی در بستر رودخانه اروند کوچک بوده است. همچنین به منظور تحلیل چارچوب نظری پژوهش و تجزیه و تحلیل یافته ها، از مدل فرآیند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی و نرم افزار اکسپرت چویس استفاده شده است. براساس نتایج و یافته های پژوهش، طراحی شهری اکولوژیک در بستر آب کنارهای شهری از دو بعد ماهوی و رویه ای قابل طبقه بندی می باشد، بعد ماهوی از 6 لایه زمین، ساختار آبی، حرکت و دسترسی (ارتباطات)، فضای باز و سبز، واحد همسایگی (بلوک بندی و قطعه بندی) و لایه ساختمان و جزییات (زیرساخت سبز) با زیر معیار متفاوت تشکیل شده است. بررسی ها نشان می دهند تاثیر و اهمیت لایه ساختار آبی در اولویت اول و لایه ساختمان و جزییات (زیر ساخت سبز) همراه با بعد رویه ای در اولویت اخر در طراحی شهری اکولوژیک در بستر رودخانه اروند کوچک قرار دارد که با استفاده از معیارهای مرتبط با لایه ساختار آبی همچون ساماندهی، کنترل، ذخیره و استفاده مجدد از آب های سطحی، سلامت و پاکیزگی منابع آبی، آبراه ها و بدنه های آبی، استفاده بهینه از آب در منظر شهری و غیره و توجه توام به معیارهای لایه های دیگر می توان به منظور حفظ و ارتقای بستر طبیعی و محیط زیستی آن اقدام نمود.

چکیده انگلیسی :

Urban design in the last decade is based on ecological and environmental paradigms; In such a way that planning and organizing human settlements without considering environmental issues and ecological balance is considered incomplete. But the important issue among these is the role of natural organs, especially the water on the sides in urban spaces and how to design an ecological city and explain its various dimensions by professionals. In this article, an attempt has been made to examine the effective layers and criteria in ecological urban design in the water bed of the urban edges, the explanation and priority of each of the layers and criteria compared to the studied sample from the point of view of experts and specialists related to the subject. take The research method of "descriptive-comparative" type was based on the study of the documents of the existing theories and the comparison of different theories in the relevant field along with observation and field survey in the Arvand Koch river bed. Also, in order to analyze the theoretical framework of the research and analyze the findings, the hierarchical analysis process model and Expert Choice software have been used. Based on the results and findings of the research, ecological urban design in the water bed of the city sides can be classified from two substantive and procedural dimensions, the substantive dimension consists of 6 layers of land, water structure, movement and access (communications), space Open and green, the neighborhood unit (blocking and segmentation) and the building and details layer (green infrastructure) are formed with different sub-criteria. The researches show that the impact and importance of the water structure layer is the first priority and the building and details layer (green infrastructure) along with the procedural dimension is the last priority in the ecological urban design in the small Arvand river bed, which is using Criteria related to the water structure layer such as organization, control, storage and reuse of surface water, health and cleanliness of water resources, waterways and water bodies, optimal use of water in the urban landscape, etc. and paying attention to the criteria Other layers can be used in order to maintain and improve the natural environment.
