چکیده :

در دوران دبیرستان دروس خوشه «انسان و سلامت» اصلی ترین دروس برای آشنایی دانش آموزان با محیط-زیست و اکولوژی هستند. مشاركت دانش آموزان به عنوان يك واقعيت اجتماعي لازم بوده تا همـواره بـا رونـد زيسـت و اسكان جوامع بشري همراه بوده و در آینده نیز در پاسداشت محیط زیست پیشقدم باشند. برنامه ريزي مشاركتي يكي از انواع برنامه ريـزي اجتمـاعي ـ اقتصـادي بـه شـمار مي رود که مشارکت و نظارت شهروندی، به طور معمول به اثربخشی سیاست ها و برنامه های بخش عمومی منجر می شود. در این میان حضور دانش آموزان مقاطع متوسطه دخترانه در عرصه تصمیم سازی و نزدیکی آن ها با مسئولین و متخصصان و دستیابی هرچه سریع تر به خواسته ها و نیازهایشان مطابق با شرایط زندگی و ویژگی های اجتماعی و اقتصادی از طریق فرآیند برنامه ریزی مشارکتی درعین توجه دادن آنها به مدیریت محیط زیست امری اساسی است. روش تحقیق توصیفی- تحلیلی است که از ابزار گردآوری داده مشتمل بر مطالعات کتابخانه ای و اسنادی بهره برده است. یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد که برنامه ریزی مشارکتی دانش اموزان در مدیریت محیط زیست در جامعه به طور عملی در حد بسیار کمرنگی وجود داشته که ویژگی های رفتاری و کیفیت های آموزش دبیرستانی، اولین گام شناخت جامعه هدف و انتخاب جامعه ای محلی و کارآمد در فرآیند مشارکت زیست محیطی است. همچنین فرهنگ سازی در بین دانش آموزان مقاطع متوسطه دخترانه و نهادینه شدن فرهنگ مشارکت، برگزاری جشن ها و مراسم برای بالابردن تعلق اجتماعی دانش آموزان، نظرخواهی از دانش اموزان مقاطع متوسطه دخترانه درخصوص اجرای طرح های زیست محیطی و آگاه کردن دانش آموزان مقاطع متوسطه دخترانه از طرح ها و برنامه ها بدون جهت گیری سیاسی در ارتقاء میزان مشارکت سهمی اساسی دارد.

چکیده انگلیسی :

During high school, the courses of the "Human and Health" cluster are the main courses for students to familiarize themselves with the environment and ecology. The participation of students as a social reality is necessary so that they can always be associated with the development of human societies and take the lead in protecting the environment in the future. Participatory planning is one of the types of socio-economic planning, which participation and supervision of citizens usually leads to the effectiveness of policies and programs of the public sector. In the meantime, the presence of girls' high school students in the field of decision-making and their closeness with officials and experts and achieving their wishes and needs as quickly as possible in accordance with their living conditions and social and economic characteristics through the process Participatory planning while paying attention to environmental management is essential. It is a descriptive-analytical research method that has used data collection tools including library and documentary studies. The findings of the research show that the cooperative planning of students in environmental management in the society practically existed to a very low extent, that the behavioral characteristics and qualities of high school education are the first step of knowing the target society and Choosing a local and efficient community in the process of environmental participation. Also, building culture among girls' high school students and institutionalizing the culture of participation, holding celebrations and ceremonies to increase the social belonging of students, soliciting opinions from girls' high school students regarding the implementation of environmental projects and informing Girls' high school students have a fundamental contribution in improving the level of participation of plans and programs without political orientation.
